What happens after I book a trial session?
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your class time and what to bring. When you arrive, our team will greet you, help you get settled, and guide you through a fun, beginner-friendly session. After the class, we’ll walk you through the next steps if you’d like to join.
Can I start martial arts or wellness programs at any age or fitness level?
Yes. Our classes are designed for all ages and abilities. Whether you’re a complete beginner, returning after a break, or already active, our instructors tailor the training to fit your pace and goals.
Are the classes fun and engaging for kids and adults?
Definitely. While we teach discipline, focus, and strong technique, our classes are supportive, energetic, and motivating. Kids stay active and excited, and adults enjoy meaningful workouts that feel rewarding—not intimidating.
Do I need prior experience to join?
No experience is required. We start with the fundamentals and guide every student step by step. Beginners feel welcome, and experienced students are challenged appropriately within the same class.
What makes Senosen Martial Arts different from other clubs?
Senosen offers expert instruction, small group attention, and a strong community environment. We focus on both skill development and personal growth—building confidence, discipline, resilience, and real-life character through martial arts and wellness.
What should I wear or bring for my first class?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. For martial arts, uniforms and protective gear are introduced after enrollment, and we guide you through everything needed.
How often should I attend classes to see progress?
Most students train 2–3 times per week. Consistency is key—regular attendance builds technique, fitness, confidence, and long-term habit formation. Our recommendation is minimum 2 sessions per week.
Can my child or I compete or take part in tournaments?
Yes. Both kids and adults can participate in competitions if they wish. Our programs—such as Karate, Kung Fu, Wrestling, and Muay Thai—offer structured paths for students who want to compete. Coaches provide safe, progressive preparation based on your (or your child’s) interest, readiness, and skill level. Participation is always optional and fully supported.
Are the instructors certified and experienced?
Absolutely. Our coaches are certified, highly trained, and experienced in teaching kids, teens, and adults. They are selected not only for their skill, but also for their ability to teach safely, positively, and effectively.
How do I choose the right program for myself or my child?
Our trial session is the best place to start. You’ll get a feel for the class style, pace, and environment. After the session, we help you choose the program that matches your goals—whether fitness, confidence-building, competition, skill development, or personal growth.
