The Wrestling Program at SENOSEN Martial Arts introduces students to one of the world’s oldest and most effective combat arts a discipline that develops strength, strategy, and control.
Our classes focus on balance, body positioning, and leverage, teaching students how to move efficiently while building confidence and physical resilience.
